Nobody likes to suffer from the problem of pimples. They make a person look ugly and unattractive, and once the problem starts, it is very difficult to keep it in control. One pimple may at first seem fine, but if neglected, this problem gets worse day by day and can leave ugly pimple marks and spots on one's face. Therefore, it is very important to ensure that this problem gets sorted as soon as it starts. There are several creams and other products available in the market these days to help reduce pimples. However, most of them are not effective, and it is hard to find products that actually show results. Hence, there is a need for people to know some simple home remedies by which they can reduce their pimples. These are simple and safe to follow, and are quite effective as well.

First and foremost, it is very important to ensure that your face remains clean at all times. Keep washing it as many times as possible in a day, as it avoids the dirt from settling on your face. However, do not use any cheap products or untrustworthy facial cleansers and soaps, as they can cause an allergy, and can lead to serious side effects.

One of the most common home remedies for of pimples is to apply tea tree oil on the face. Tea tree oil is famous for its anti-bacterial properties, and it helps to make sure that pimples do not multiply. The same can be done with Aloe Vera gel as well, as it helps the pimples to cure very quickly. There are many Tea Tree as well as Aloe Vera face washes available in the market these days.

Mud packs, as well as herbal neem packs are good remedies. Applying them once every 3 days is good. The packs help to dry the pimples so that they can heal faster, and also help reduce the itchiness that is cause by the pimples.

You also need to ensure that you drink a lot of water daily. It helps to get rid of the body waste, and when the body is clean from the inside, it reflects outside with a clean, clear and glowing skin. Avoid too much of oily food as it can add to the growth of pimples. Instead, make sure that your diet is full of fresh fruits and vegetables, which will again help your body systems to work smoothly.

Stress can often be a major cause for pimples. So it is advised that you do not miss out on sleep. Avoid bad lifestyle habits such as too much drinking, staying up late at night and overstressing yourself. These things add to the growth of the pimples and also make your body week.

It is suggested that as soon as you wake up in the morning, you should apply fresh saliva on your pimples. Make sure that you do not brush your teeth before applying the saliva. While you may not like to do it, this trick surely works!
